What I liked

I am an absolute dental phobic, with an absolute horror of visiting the dentist, and hadn't done so for many years. The staff were absolutely marvelous, calming my fears, explaining every step of the procedure, and advising me that I could stop any action at any time; the choice was in my hands. A very special mention has to go to one staff member in Primary Care who was especially wonderful, but all the staff were great, thanks so much.Patient careDentists
