"Investigating the possibility of a DVT"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I was referred to Hairmyres, East Kilbride A&E by my GP to investigate the possibility of a DVT due to a long haul flight.

I have to say that the treatment I received was first class, from the triage nurse Kerrie, porters taking me to X-Ray & X-Ray themselves - Scott taking blood and nurses Anna, Debbie, Julie and the lovely Dr Mulholland.

Please can you convey my grateful thanks for the team work carried out by all - especially on a very difficult and busy day.
