*After my friend and neighbour was admitted to West Cumberland hospital as an 'emergency' patient recently by her GP, she was treated with care and consideration at all times and wishes me to say how fortunate she found herself when she was a patient there.Even though it was an extremely busy time for staff they always made time for her needs, did not rush or get flustered with her and made her feel very well looked after.It made a huge difference to her recovery having this high level of patient care and she wants to say a huge 'thankyou' to the ward staff and doctors who took care of her during her stay with them.
