What I liked

I have been a patient at Ealing Hospital for 18 years.

The team in the Infectious Diseases Clinic on level 8 are truly a credit to the NHS. Their professionalism and expertise cannot be bettered.

The Doctors, Nurses, Receptionists and the admin staff are polite and friendly, and always put the needs of the patient first.

The treatment and care that I have have received over the years is the main reason that I am alive today, and needless to say, for this, I am eternally grateful.

What could be improved
