"Can't praise it enough!"

Five star treatment in a five star hospital; I cannot praise them enough.

A very short waiting time, excellent caring staff at all levels in a happy and friendly environment who put me at ease from the time of my arrival until I left 36 hours later, following a total hip replacement.

The operation itself was handled so well and I had soft calming music played through earphones throughout the procedure.

From the consultant and anaesthetics staff to aftercare from the doctors, nursing staff, physiotherapist, catering staff and cleaners was outstanding, just what you need during the recovery period, and the 24 hour helpline after discharge is very reassuring.

I won't be so apprehensive next time if I had to have the other hip replaced.
