"Expert surgical and nursing care. Thank..."

About: Russells Hall Hospital

What I liked

I was treated with care and consideration. The staff were very kind and brought a lightness of mood to the ward. The nursing care was very good.

What could be improved

I only saw the District Nurse on one occasion, when she removed my staples. I think maybe a follow-up visit by a nurse in the first week followng discharge would have been very re-assuring.Follow upConsideratePatient care

Thank you for taking the time to comment on our hospital. Your positive feedback will be passed back to the orthopaedic department.

The District Nurse care is led by Dudley Primary Care Trust and I will forward your feedback to them.
