After being treated in my local hospital and having a mri scan,I was more than unhappy with my treatment there.the hospital was less than clean, the staff were too busy to deal with individuals, and were abrupt, and in one case talked a total load of rubbish so I left and went back to see my go.
They made an appointment for me with a neurologist in the James cook hospital,I went for a checkup, and was sent for another mri scan, the doctor was brilliant, they explained what was going to happen and all the possible outcomes.
The hospital itself was spotless, and the staff were polite, helpful, and put you at ease.
I cannot praise enough the way that hospital runs in comparison with my local one.
I would like to thank all the staff that work at the James cook university hospital very much, especially in the neurology department.
This is in my opinion, what all hospitals should try to achieve.
Cannot believe how well,as a patient I was treated by all members of staff.
Thank you.
