What I liked

I spent 10 days at the hospital for simultaneous bilateral total knee replacements. The treatment and care I received was second to none - absolutely first class. Major surgery is daunting but I had been given a lot of information before my surgery and nothing unexpected happened. All of the staff i encountered were excellent and spoke highly of their organisation and their colleagues.
