"The care was second to none"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus / Respiratory medicine

(as a relative),

Dad was transferred from RAU onto Southwell where he spent two weeks suffering from pneumonia. The care he received on the ward was second to none. The ward clerk, HCA’s, nursing staff, student nurses, Doctors, kitchen staff all made his stay on the ward more bearable. When he was waiting for his surgery and very nervous, his named nurses were on hand to answer questions and tried to put him at his ease. His surgery went very well and he is home making a good recovery. Please pass on all of our thanks to Southwell, particularly White Bay
