What I liked

I was seen quickly and everyone was very friendly and kind. The cubicle was clean and the doctor was sympathetic.

What could be improved

The doctor seemed to have some difficulty finding the key to a cupboard containing medication.CleanlinessDoctors

Thank you for your positive feedback about our Accident and Emergency Department. I will pass on your comments about the medication cupboard to see if there is anything we can do to improve this.
