About: King's Mill Hospital

What I liked

I had my operation 15/11/2010 and have written and spoken of my complaint and involved the ICAS. to date I am still waiting for a answer as to why I was given a drug that all notes and conversation with me were noted, that I was not to be given this drug due to consequences. But still only acknowledgement. They and the department have not answered my concerns.

How sad that all my life I have paid full stamp and always paid my dues. But I am not important enought to speak to.

What could be improved

It sounds from your message that your concerns are being addressed by the Trusts Complaints Department. It is usual for there to be a period of time when an investigation takes place. If you need to clarify the response time please contact the department on 01623 672366.
