What I liked

I had my operation 15/11/2010 and have written and spoken of my complaint and involved the ICAS. to date I am still waiting for a answer as to why I was given a drug that all notes and conversation with me were noted, that I was not to be given this drug due to consequences.But still only acknowledgement. They and the department have not answered my concerns.

How sad that all my life I have paid full stamp and always paid my dues. But I am not important enought to speak to.
