What I liked

My seven year old daughter was treated in a&e on a friday afternoon for a cut forehead. We did not get kept waiting for long to be triaged and the nurse directed all of the questions at my daughter which was nice and made her feel very grown up.

While we were waiting to be treated in minors the doctor who kept coming out to call other patients kept talking to my daughter and making her laugh. When it was out turn he came out and pretended to guess her name and again made her laugh and put her at here ease. The nurse who glued her head was again lovely and afterwards she rummaged in her handbag for her make up mirror to show my daughter her handy work.

My daughter was very happy when we left the hospital and spent the weekend telling everyone what a great time she had had.TriageDoctors
