"Gp advise and registeration"

The way I have been treated by this surgery is absolutely disgusting. I am pregnant and I needed GP advise I contacted the surgery on numerous occasions and each time was told the person I spoke to previously had not made a note of anything. in the end I had to visit the practice and was told they had no information and to book a f/u GP appointment and was offered an appointment in 1-2 weeks time! This is absolutely disgraceful that there is no communication between staff and that the staff who take calls do not record conversations they have had with patients. I have registered some where else and would not recommend this service to anyone.
