"Not being listend to by staff when asking to..."

About: Fieldhead Surgery

I came into the surgery to speak to one of the staff about a medicine which was missed off the prescription. I explained that I had wrote the name on my repeat prescription but unless the staff member spoke to the doctor themself it would not be added.

When I came in to pick up the prescription and called in to golcar pharmacy, lo and behold it was missed off.

I then went back to the surgery to complain only to be told that they were now closed and would look into the matter in the morning . This is not the first time this has happened to me with other medicines it is now become tiresome and time for Fieldhead Surgery to wake up.

Thank you for your feedback to which we answered in the form of a letter to you directly.

We so acknowledge that sometimes mistakes happen, though when we looked into this specific matter further with you at the Surgery, it came to light that there was no mistake made on this occasion by the Surgery.

We always strive to give our patients a high standard of service and have a competent administration team carrying out duties in relation to repeat prescription request processes.
