What could be improved

Training of triage nurses - failed to spot a life threatening condition, left in A&E reception for 4 hours. Have been re-admitted twice since first surgery and have had to have more surgery because clinicians failed to assess my condition correctly.Operations delayed for hours causing recovery to taje longer. Have defveloped abcesses which they missed causing readmission twice and further surgery. Have developed an antibiotic resistant infection - doctors did not look at blood tests showing this for days, so treatment was delayed. Infected wound will take weeks to heal. All in all, so many errors by so many departments that one wonders how endemic these problems are at Frimley Park
