What I liked

Consultant was they only good thing about this she made every effort she could about my care. She fought for the correct care and treatment but was a shame she was let down by everyone else.

What could be improved

Communication between staff was poor. No sign of a proper handover which inturn meant a longer stay in hospital. Medical notes not read meaning inapproperate care and action given. Individual needs not consider and treatment plan not adhered to. Midwifes care random and abusive.
