I was transferred to ward 17 following a gallbladder removal. My stay in ward 17 was made fantastic at a time were I did not feel good .
The staff in ward 17 could not be praised highly enough. A special mention to My named staff nurse for the days I was an inpatient - Kirsty. Her manner was professional and kind at all time . she exceeded herself ensuring that all my care needs were met . What a bubbly personality she had even at 8 in the morning making all the other patients laugh and smile a true credit to the profession.Information was given to me by my nurse thoroughly and professionally no question were left unanswered and my mind was left at ease.A big thank you to all the nursing support assistants for their care and compassionI believe the NHS is due credit when credit is due and I wanted to let everyone know how fantastic the care I received was . Keep up the good work ward 17
