What I liked
I came to the hospital for a blood test on Fri 04/02/2010
Having been before I seem to rememeber that it was a walk in service - however I found that an appointment was necessary.
The receptionist and staff made evey effort to accomodate me and although busy manged to fit me in within 30 mins.
Unfortunately I am a worrier and can come over light headed. The staff made every effort to put me at rest and did such a good job that I should be much more relaxed in future
My wife & I place a high value on customer service and we were not disappointed
I left very impressed
Please pass my gratitude onto all involved.
