What I liked

I attended on 1 Feb I was then told at 15:45 that they could not do my op due to having an emergency. The consultant was very sorry and very polite. He said if I came in the next early day at 0700 hrs it would done. He was true to his word. I would like to think him and his team keeping me informed and asked me if I wanted to know what my op entaled. Also like to thank the staff on ward 21A for there after care of my op. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Thanks yours sincerely, John Insole
