What I liked

The staff at the reception desk is exceptionally rude and offensive. I called in today just to change my appointment. The first time I was told to hold as "they were busy" and I hung on the line for ages, the second time the line was closed (it was quater to five). They even denied i had to wait on the line for a large amount of time. I am truly shocked and offended. I do intend to take it up with senior staff as this is not just bad but simply unacceptable. If you can't be bothered to work or be courteous don't bother to work and join the dole queue

What could be improved
