I would like to leave some feedback regarding the Safari ward my son attended yesterday. As my son is under Glenfields I did feel a little apprehensive as we weren't going to a specialist heart unit. But I have been so impressed with the time they all spent with us to really understand his health problems. The junior doctors where fabulous. They were swift to run test and liaise with Glenfilelds. The nurses were wonderful. I really felt we were in very safe hands. I have had other experiences with Lincoln hospital that really have been very different but the Safari ward really does deserve some recognition for the work they do. Thank you so very much for being there when we really needed you.

We work closely with tertiary centres and try hard to deliver similar care and services within patients' local hospital settings, so it really means a lot to us that you have taken the time to let us know how we are doing.

It was a pleasure to be able to support you and look after your son.
