What I liked
My consultant treated me with great respect and explained everything to me in great detail. I was never kept waiting more than about 20 minutes between tests and the waiting area was very welcoming and comfortable. It is a long time since I have been to the Hallamshire (Outpatients) but was impressed by how much the patient experience has improved since my last visit.
What could be improved
Nothing. My visit to the hospital was a much less daunting experience than expectedWaiting AreasOutpatientsConsultants
