I dread going to this surgery because I am always waiting between 20 - 30 minutes to be seen. Even when I am seen I feel like I am rushed in and out as soon as possible. Compassion is non-existent here. The final straw for me was when they lost a sample I'd provided and asked me to go in to give another one. I am now in the process of moving surgeries because I just don't feel cared for at all here. On a positive note, they have improved their telephone system recently and the receptionists seem a bit more friendly now.
