What I liked

I took my son in first thing this morning and was so delighted to see a waiting system installed even though the unit did not open till 9, i was able to take a number and sit down and wait. It opened promptly as well. we were dealt with by 4 people, receptionist, nurse, x ray receptionist and radiologist, politely, kindly and cheerfully. I was impressed by their professionalism the nurse in particualr - he did not talk down to my son and explained what had happened to his foot - a bad sprain in easy sensible terms - alltogehter a very reassuring experience. thank every one.ProfessionalismReassuringReception staff logo
