Excellent, nice careing people, friendly light hearted medical staff (Dentists).

Waiting time was a bit lengthy, the tannoy needs attention.

Thank you for your comments which have been passed to the relevant clinicians. Your feedback about the tannoy has been discussed with the Associate Director for Birmingham Dental Hospital who arranged for the system to be tested. As a result, staff have been reminded to speak clearly when using the tannoy system to ensure patients are able to clearly hear all messages.
