What I liked
Unfortunatley nothing. Very local to home is the only plus point.
What could be improved
Employ staff who care about the poeple they are treating. Improve the booking system. Return phone calls when promised. Reduce the waiting times. Have waiting times what reflect the quoted times on the choices web site. Ensure that you only need to check in once, get rid of the "waiting areas" which are only chairs in a corridor.
Anything else?
I am sorry I selected Lyminton Hospital when I could have picked from several other Hospitals, being close to home does not make up for the bad service I experienced at this hospital.AppointmentsWaiting timesPatient careServiceTelephoneCorridors
