What I liked

following my previous glowing comment about being treated like a human being & my now being confident i would recieve the treatment i needed i would like to retract that statment. i havent recieved the treatment i was promised & cannot contact the person i need to sort the matter out.

We constantly strive to maintain and improve our high standard of service to our patients, which includes clear and timely communication wherever possible. The Trust is very concerned by the change of circumstances that have, in such a short time (six days), prompted the negative feedback from Anonymous.
