What I liked
Staff are polite, waiting areas comfortable and tidy. Being seen at the agreed appointment time is important.
What could be improved
On this occasion, nothing.
Anything else?

We are pleased to hear that your experience of the RLHIM staff was positive. Sorry that you often have to wait at reception. We are aware that the reception area can get very busy and the patient services manager will be looking for ways to improve the efficiency.
