"Worth it!"

What I liked

I went to the dental hospital for an extraction of my upper infected broken wisdom tooth. I had attempted extraction from my dentist 3 weeks prior but could be done after 25 minutes of pulling and yanking plus i fainted!

I self-referred myself as i was in so much pain and those at the dental hospital were fantastic...apart from the long day it was out within 10seconds and i was on my way home. I cant tell you how pleased i was with the result...especially for a very anxious and nervous patient. I wouldnt have any problem going there again.

I arrived at 8am and was not seen until 10.30am. Unfortunately i could not have my extraction until 2pm but i lived close so went home and came back. It was all worth it to me as my dentist was meant to refer me and when i phoned the dental hospital 2 weeks after my attempted extraction he still hadnt referred me!!!! and i paid!!!!!!

Thank you Dental Hospital. My experience was a good one!

Thank you for your feedback, and I am pleased the staff of Birmingham Dental Hospital were able to help to resolve your problems. I have passed your comments to the Associate Director and Clinical Director to share with staff, and to note your feedback about the ground floor waiting area.
