What I liked

The whole process for my cardioversion treatment was handled very professionally by all the staff involved from receptionists to consultants. Reception staff were always helpful and the pre-treatment blood and ECG tests were done with minimal waiting despite being on a 'first come, first served' basis. The treatment itself went well and was not stressful thanks to consideration and explanations given by the unit staff.
