What I liked

I have just come out of hospital having had a major op at York Hospital and would like to express my gratitude to the staff on Ward 38 surgical and G1 who looked after me so well during my three day stay. All my needs were taken care off and the care was excellent. I do feel that the NHS does have a bad press and that they provide a wonderful service to to the public.

What could be improved

The only area I would improve is the food. When my meals arrived they were cold. You often feel hungry after an op and eating cold food was not very nice.FoodPatient careServiceTemperature
