"The worst medical facility ever..."

About: University College Hospital

Anything else?

An obscene excuse for a Hospital A and E department. I was denied treatment and thrown, bleeding onto the street as my idignation at the long wait was deemed 'abusive' I am long term severely disabled and have never even remotely been viewed as voilent. This 'Hospital' has infringed the Human Rights Act.

Duty of care does not apply.AggressiveDuty of care

We do have a clear violence and aggression policy at UCLH and we advise patients if their behaviour is unacceptable, so that they are given the opportunity to improve. If this does not happen, we do ask patients to leave the department, in conjunction with our security team. I am sorry that you feel this has been inappropriately applied in your case and would encourage you to provide us details of this so we can investigate as a formal complaint. We take all complaints seriously and use feedback and learning from these to improve our services.
