What I liked

Polite nursing staff/doctors. Given info re: my problem and to alleviate it.

What could be improved

Reception staff at A and E were not as polite. No eye contact, no please or thankyou. Felt a bit like a farm animal being herded somewhere...

We atre plreased that the treatment received was satisfactory, but are dissappointed to note these other comments, which will be relayed to the department. We would be pleased to look into the matter further if the patient would contact us on 01924 543687
