Had an appointment at Gynaecology Outpatients today. Arrived at ARI 30 minutes before my appointment time after travelling 40 miles to Aberdeen. Drove round in circles for 20-25 minutes trying to find a parking space! Visitor car park was closed due to being full! Absolutely shocking! Finally managed to get a space and made it in to my appointment after speed walking through the hospital! Been seen at Gynaecology for the past 3 years every 6 months for an ongoing problem and never had a problem getting parked. 

However, the staff at The Womans Day Clinic and Clinic B are always very nice, polite and pleasant. I always see Dr Wallage and feel at ease with her. My consultation is never rushed and if i have any problems or concerns she always listens and is always reassuring.

Dear Mum2009

Parking can be so frustrating at times and you would be getting anxious if you thought you would be late. The new car park is not yet open as they are dealing with some electrical issues however hopefully once it is it will make a huge difference to parking. I am sorry that you had such an issue this time.

Thank you so much for the positive feedback that you have also given - it I hugely appreciated by the teams and I will make sure that it is passed onto them.

I'm hoping that the next time you have to come to ARI that you will not have the same experience with parking.
