What I liked

i am shocked to read the previous comments as i have only ever had the best treatment from your outstanding orthopaedic department. i have been in numerous times and have always been looked after by your excellent team of nurses. where nothing is a problem and everyone has a cheery smile to brighten your stay on ward 2.

The consultants always involve myself in decision making and make me feel like i am the most important patient under their care. the ward is always very very busy yet the staff are uncomplaining and just get on with their jobs.

i would reccomend ward two to everyone who needs an orthopaedic procedure. all the staff were a delight overworked yet always cheerfull and as patient it was wondefull to be looked after by them!

What could be improved

well i do feel that night staff were moved around a lot and they did appear to be short staffed however they never let it affect their work
