What could be improved

Cleanliness poor.

Toilets at main entrance not very clean. Suite 1 - accumalated fluff and dust on floor between water cooler and cupboard clearly visible from seats opposite and had obviously not been cleaned properly for some time. Gap was about a foot wide so not a difficult space to clean. Staff seemed unsure as to whether patients should report that they had arrived at consultation area or not and were not particularly freindly or helpful to a number of us who asked.

Not particularly impressed with standard of consultation when compared to a previous one I had at a different hospital for the same procedure.
