What I liked
The bed I was in was in a private room, when I went there I always saw the consultant, not his understudy or anyone else. when I voiced preferences over treatment options, I was advised of the pros and cons, and then a decision was made that everyone was happy with. I felt that, as the patient, my welfare was paramount. At other hospitals I have been in, some policies were there more for staff convenience, but not here, it is all about patient safety and welfare, albeit, with genuine staff H&S issues being adhered to.
Anything else?
This is a private hospital, doing NHS work, the standards are much higher than I would expect from my local NHS trust hospitalPrivacyConsultants
