"this place was disgusting i my wife was treated..."

she waited 1hr to say they could not do anything she only wanted some pain killers for her back pain which was refused the nurse said they could not do any thing for here my wife said she rang 111 they said go to the walk in centre for some stronger pain killers they said they have the authority to prescribe higher dosage by the nurses?

Thank you for leaving us feedback. I am sorry to hear your visit to us didn't meet your expectations. Unfortunately it is very difficult to prescribe some medication at the walk in centre as we are not your own GP surgery and do not always have access to your medical record. I do hope your wife is now feeling better
