Nothing, avoid Outpatients Gynaecology clinic

What could be improved

Very poor service – given different information, ended up so confused

Time wastage – Clinic was always running late, with lots of unhappy patients, tense atmosphere, with lots of patients complaining and raising voices.

Waited so many weeks for my second appointment, only to be given different information and another appointment to take place in 9 weeks time.

Discriminated against

No confidence in consultant and their supervision led team including some of the nurses. Consultant spent lots of time in private fertility clinics and had no clue what is going on with his clinic.

Anything else?

Don’t bother complaining, you will receive I am sorry response to everything and a very good cover up stating our staff are so good no one has ever complained, management are happy with the work and progress.
