What I liked

I needed an ultrasound for suspected gallstones. The receptionist surprised me by using the barcode on my appointment letter to instantly update her systems (no typing necessary), and I was seen right on time. The sonographer was quick with the examination, and his explanations of what we could see on his screen were fantastic. I was very impressed, and also very happy with the service at Cossham!

What could be improved

Waiting area looks not very comfortable, but this will change in the new building anyway!AppointmentsGallstonesServiceWaiting AreasRadiologyReception staff
