What I liked

The care I received from my initial appointment through to angioplasty and post op was absolutely excellent. All the staff were friendly, considerate, caring and informative and I could not have asked for better treatment. This was in fact the latest of a long series of different health issues that I have experienced, all of which have been dealt with at Bedford, and I have to say that my experience has been similarly positive on all occasions.AppointmentsConsideratePatient careProfessionalism

I assist the Communicatiosn & Marketing department in producing leaflets, maintaining our public presence and co-ordinating press releases, as well as liaising with PALS for patient enquiries.
