What I liked
Nursing care was superb. Faultless.
What could be improved
I was made a promise upon assessment by a doctor to be seen by a psychiatrist in hospital during my stay, over part of my condition.
I was lied to by a consultant after 5 days that this was something available in the "community" not the hospital and consequently discharged in my opinion just to gain the bed space.
When a promise is made it must be upheld and deceit not employed by certain staff.
The nurses were very concerned that I had been "fobbed off" as it were.
Anything else?
I am considering alerting the press over this cruel and deliberate deceit/lie.ConsideratePatient careConsultantsDoctorsNursing staff
"Care superb - lie unacceptable."
