What I liked

Majority of outpatient staff are polite and helpful.

What could be improved

The attitude of the doctor in oupatient clinic. Doctors need to realise that patients wait along time for an appointment and it would be good if they listened to us when we visit a clinic. My visit was a complete waste of time and NHS resources. I felt I the doctor was not interested and dismissed my symptoms within minutes of entering consulting room.
