I am very sorry you have experienced such a negative experience when trying to obtain an appointment with the practice.

It can be extremely frustrating at times as the appointments are in high demand and do get taken very quickly.

We do have weekend appointments which you may find more convenient due to your working week.

Our current appointment system is below, just in case you are not aware of all the ways you can access the practices appointments.

Our appointments are released daily at 8am for same day morning appointments and 1pm for same day afternoon appointments. These are bookable via the telephone and also at the reception desk within practice. We also book appointments 2-4 weeks in advance using both of these methods.

We also offer an online service.

This means that you will be able to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions online. Our morning surgery appointments are released online at 7pm the evening before.

Our afternoon surgery appointments are released online at 1pm the same day. You can also order your prescriptions online without the need to phone or visit the practice or your pharmacist.

To obtain your online log in details, please call into reception with photographic identification & proof of address.
