"Increasing lack of confidence"

I have been a patient for over 40 years and have gone gradually from being extremely happy to being very dissatisfied! There is no structure or common sense to their appointment system. The doctors are constantly changing and are predominately made up of locum who dip in and out of surgery providing no consistency and little confidence to patients.

The reception staff are allowed to give test results with little or no training no matter the result.

The refferal process to see a specialist is ridiculously slow, and in mine and my husbands case the doctors have shown a total disinterst in a condition we have been suffering with for months! (Not the same condition i i might add)

Whatever happened to bedside manner and support from what used to be from going to see your own doctor?

The time wasted seeing a different doctor every time regarding an on going medical issue is unnecessary and a disgusting waste of taxpayers money..

I really have no confidence or trust in what used to be one of the best doctors surgeries in Wakefield. And as I get older my concerns are increasing 10 fold
