"Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else"

Environment

Cant say a bad word about the service. Always gets the help I need. I come here often to give my family a rest. It doesn't matter if I am looked after by a man or a woman. I had a young man help me with my socks and shoes this morning.

Cleanliness

I think its very good and I am quite fussy because of the way I was brought up.

Toilet

I think the toilets are very clean.

Finding your way

I have no problem finding my way around with all the help here.

Food

I find the food very good. I do get hungry at night and the lovely staff always get me a bite to eat at night.

Liquid

Staff gave me a drink of water with a bit of lemon through it and took care to make sure it was right for me.

Privacy

They always knock on my door before they come in and are so nice to me.

Lighting

The lighting is very good and i have no problems with it.

Heating

It was cold last night but with the blankets here kept me nice and warm.

Staff attitude

I've never had problems with staff attitudes towards me . A man helped me this morning and he was not embarrassed and I wasn't embarrassed either.

Seeing the whole me

They are all very natural with me. Always asking if I am alright and being nice to me as a whole . When I go home I tell my family all the nice stories about my stay over.

I would never think about staying anywhere else .
