What I liked

All staff from Nurses through to Consultant Surgeons were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful during my 2 pre-med visits and on the day of surgery and aftercare telephone call for advice and subsequent follow-up hospital visit.

To meet with the Consultant Surgeon in his office and discuss the operation beforehand was invaluable and gave me confidence in the whole Medical Team involved.

All appointments were on time except my follow-up visit which ran 1 hour late, but very quickly waiting patients were told that the Consultant Surgeon had been called to an emergency in the operating theatre and there could be a delay of 1 hour ( which proved to be accurate ). Free sandwiches and hot/cold drinks were provided straight after the announcement.

I did like the cleanliness throughout and the all hospital staff were professional, efficient and team-minded.
