So rather than improving on what was already a shockingly bad practice (the grange) somehow you have managed to make it worse! Bravo to you lot! Can't leave voicemails over the weekends to leave a prescription. Can't leave a voicemail during your lunch hour to leave a prescription. Oh and yes as soon as you shut you can't leave a voicemail for a prescription. How does that help a busy professional working in Leeds. You constantly miss things of my repeat prescription, and when I call to discuss these, I am Treated like an inconvenience and that I am the one in the wrong. Secretaries are rude and uncaring. I cannot wait to move house. That is how bad this surgery is. Luckily for me this is a matter of weeks away. Useless.
