What I liked
I came for a blood test. The whole environmentat the hospital from the moment I walked in was excellent. The receptionist in the Blood Test Centre had great communication skills and showed a great deal of empathy with patients, especially the elderly. The phlebotonist who dealt with me was very cheerful and made me feel at ease. Ling may this service continue at Finchley Memorial. Happy New Year. MJ
What could be improved
Car Parking. Although I arrived at 8-15am the car park was already full. Matters could have been improved if some cars were not taking up two spaces by parking badly!! Nevertheless - I soon found a space to park outside on the street.
Your data base needs some attention. I could only enter ENT as the department I was visiting, it doesn't seem to cater for anything else.
