What I liked
I have visited the breast care unit 3 times; twice after finding lumps and once for routine screening.
I was seen promptly, I felt that my privacy was important to the staff and they were considerate about ensuring that the examinations and treatment were as dignified as possible.
I was immediately given the diagnosis of benign cysts and these were removed at the initial appointment so I did not need to attend again. I recieved a letter 2 weks later confirming that the lumps were benign.
What could be improved
Parking can be difficult and this was an added worry.
Anything else?
I was very happy with the prompt efficient and caring treatment I received on each of my visits.AppointmentsCystsConsiderateDiagnosisDignityPatient carePrivacyProfessionalismCar Park
